It doesn’t seem long since we were celebrating having grown over 140% since starting out in 2019. As we close the book on the fiscal year of 21/22, we are delighted to share what has been a truly phenomenal year for us at gravity9. Not only have we grown revenue by 135% YOY but, we have been fortunate enough to expand our team of digital experts; doubling our community and broadening our geographical reach through the opening of new offices in Medellín Colombia, New York USA and our third Poland office in Gdańsk.

These new locations, as well as our existing hubs in Kraków, Wrocław, Birmingham, Dublin, and London, have meant we have been able to scale our client opportunities, as well as provide central community bases for our expanding teams as we bring on more highly skilled, senior developers, architects, UX’ers and other digital experts; all of whom encapsulate the commitment, drive, professionalism, and energy we promote in gravity9.

As well as engaging new team members to work on our expanding client portfolio we are also growing our support services internally, to ensure we nurture and develop our community as well as keep a tight hold on the culture and sense of fun which remains at the heart of what we do, meaning not only are gravity9 great at what we do but we are also enjoyable to work with.

Although the projects we work on both independently and through our partners span numerous sectors from government to FMCG, and from leisure to property our commitment to ideating, designing, and developing leading-edge digital products is pivotal. Application Modernization Lead Eric Allen reflects on a recently completed project for a leading UK Telco organisation: “After being engaged by the client to create a Single View across a number of sub-brands it took three weeks for the client to organise a project kick-off meeting. By the time the meeting was diarised our gravity9 team had already built phase one to specification; much to the surprise and the delight of the client.” This is what we do at Gravity9; we solve problems through quickly and effectively building intelligent digital products.

While we can’t always shout about the projects we are working on, the leading global brands and FTSE 500 companies we work with speak for themselves. But we would not be able to deliver such neoteric projects if it were not for the excellent team of highly skilled individuals that make up gravity9. It is because of each and every person that makes up our team that we are able to scale and grow as we are doing. We can’t wait to report back on 22/23!
